Finances
We strongly feel that Orthodontics is one of the best investments that you can make for your overall dental health and self-image. Considering the benefits realized orthodontics is truly a value when compared to other health related services.
Therefore, our policy is geared toward reducing or eliminating finances as an obstacle to treatment. We offer flexible monthly payments, customized to your family budget. Some of those options include:
- In-house financing: The fee can be budgeted out over the estimated treatment time with no interest charges. This generally involves an initial payment with the balance paid out in monthly payments. However, this can be customized to your individual needs.
- Orthodontist's Fee Plan: Our office works with this company to add maximum flexibility to our financing options. Their features include:
- No down payment
- Low monthly payments: No pre-payment penalties
- Low fixed interest payments
- Easy application process: No forms or fees
- Budget plans up to 48 months
- Potential tax advantages
- Payment in full: You will receive a 5% credit for full payment at the start of treatment. This payment can be made by cash, check, money order or credit card. (Many patients have taken advantage of airline mile cards and potential tax savings). The credit is offered to you because this option saves bookkeeping and billing costs.
Insurance Policy
While we may not have a direct relationship with your insurer, we are committed to be as helpful as possible to you and, when necessary, to your insurer. We are eager to help you receive the maximum benefit from your orthodontic insurance.
Our budget plans spread the entire fee over a number of months regardless of your benefits. Your insurance company, most times, pays your benefits, in the same manner - over the length of treatment. Those benefits can be sent directly to our office and credited to your account or be sent to you.
In addition, we will file the required forms during the treatment period to assist you in receiving your benefits. All that you will need to do is fill in your basic information on the top portion of the form (i.e. name, address, social security number, policy number, etc.) and we will take care of the rest for you.
